OTR CDL A Team Driver OpportunityWe are currently seeking experienced OTR CDL A Team Drivers to join our growing fleet. This is an excellent opportunity for those who enjoy the open road and value a consistent schedule with ample time at home.
Compensation & Benefits:- Guaranteed Weekly Earnings: $2,000 per week for 5,500 miles driven. Additional mileage compensation of $0.40 per driver mile.
- Extended Road Time Bonus: Weeks 5-8 offer a flat rate of $2,100 per week (plus bonus for extra mileage).
- Holiday Bonuses: Earn up to $2,000 by staying on the road consecutively from November 1st to December 31st or $1,000 for December 1st to December 31st.
- Referral Program: Earn rewards for referring qualified drivers to Atlantic Cargo Co.
- Clean DOT Inspection Bonuses: Recognize your commitment to safety and receive additional compensation.
- Weekly Direct Deposit: Convenient and timely payment processing.
- Fuel Cards & Cash Advance: Streamlined access to essential resources on the road.
- Paid Breakdowns: Receive $100 per day for each driver plus hotel accommodations in case of unexpected breakdowns.
Drive modern and well-maintained Freightliner Cascadia, Western Star, or Volvo trucks equipped with inverters, refrigerators, microwaves, and bypass systems for your comfort and convenience.
Driver Requirements:- Valid CDL A License
- Clean Driving Record
- Ability to Pass a DOT Physical Examination
- Provide Your Own GPS Device
Drivers are classified as independent contractors (1099). A weekly deduction of $36 will be applied for work-related injury protection. An escrow of $1,000 is required, with a deduction of $250 from the first four paychecks. Drivers who provide two weeks' notice before leaving Atlantic Cargo Co. will receive their escrow back.
