About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Research Associate to support our R&D efforts in cell culture and molecular biology. The successful candidate will work primarily with our R&D team to advance bioprocessing, scaffolding, and large-scale tissue formation.

About You:
You should be a highly motivated Bachelor's or Master's level cell biologist and/or molecular biologist with excellent communication skills. You must thrive in fast-paced environments and be excited to collaborate across disciplines to solve complex problems. Experience with mammalian cell culture, molecular cloning, and gene expression assays is essential.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform molecular cloning using PCR, restriction digest, and DNA assembly
  • Conduct gene expression assays using RT-PCR
  • Develop new cell lines by modifying growth factor signaling
  • Create assays to screen, isolate, and validate cell lines
  • Prepare reagents, manage inventory, and perform various tasks
  • Collaborate with the preclinical team for preclinical trials of novel technologies
  • Contribute to research and development efforts
  • Purchase and operate necessary supplies and equipment
  • Mentor junior members in technical skills and experimental design

Qualifications & Skills:
  • Proven experience in adherent mammalian cell culture
  • Mastery of molecular cloning, transfection, and plasmid production
  • Knowledge of cell line development and validation
  • Familiarity with basic cell biology and ability to develop methods to manipulate cells
