ROLE OVERVIEW:

As a Culinary Team Member, you will be responsible for managing various kitchen stations to ensure seamless operations and productivity during your shift, while strictly adhering to established standards and guidelines.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Preparing, seasoning, and presenting dishes according to standardized recipes.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in all storage areas.
  • Ensuring proper storage and covering of all food items at the conclusion of each shift.
  • Following recipes, specifications, and control procedures meticulously.
  • Maintaining a clean and sanitary workspace in accordance with health regulations.
  • Assisting with guest inquiries and managing one or more kitchen stations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Successful candidates will need to obtain a Level 4 Gaming License.

MATHEMATICAL ABILITY:

Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

PROBLEM-SOLVING SKILLS:

Ability to apply common sense to follow instructions and resolve simple issues in a structured environment.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

This position requires certain physical capabilities that individuals must possess to perform the job effectively.

The employee must be able to perform tasks that involve manual dexterity, standing, walking, and occasional lifting of weights.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

The work environment may include exposure to mechanical components and varying temperatures.

Additionally, there may be moderate noise levels and exposure to smoky conditions, typical of a casino setting.
