Job Title: Travel CT Technologist

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing CT scans, maintaining equipment, and ensuring patient safety and comfort. As a Travel CT Technologist, you will have the opportunity to work in various healthcare settings, including hospitals and imaging centers.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform CT scans on patients, following established protocols and guidelines
  • Maintain and troubleshoot CT equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety
  • Ensure patient safety and comfort during scans, adhering to radiation safety protocols
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and patient care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development of best practices and policies
Requirements:
  • Current licensure as a CT Technologist in the state of Florida
  • 1-2 years of recent experience in CT scanning, preferably in a travel or per diem setting
  • Strong knowledge of CT scanning protocols and radiation safety guidelines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to adapt to new environments and technologies, with a willingness to learn and grow
