About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality patient care, adhering to our hospital's standards and guidelines.

  • Conduct thorough assessments, identify patient needs, and develop effective care plans.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and other interventions as prescribed by our medical team.
  • Monitor patient progress, adjusting care plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
Requirements
  • Current RN license in North Carolina or compact nursing license.
  • Associate degree in nursing or higher.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with our healthcare team.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations and develop effective solutions.
