- Conduct thorough assessments, administer medications, and perform various medical procedures as needed.
- Monitor patient progress, identifying areas for improvement and making adjustments to care plans accordingly.
- Document patient information, treatment plans, and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner.
Requirements:
- RN/LVN with a current valid license to practice as issued by the State Board of Nursing
- Current CPR certification
