About Our Facility:

  • Lovelace Women's Hospital features a state-of-the-art neonatal intensive care unit and a renowned breast care center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide fundamental patient care under the supervision of nursing and medical personnel.
  • Assist patients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene and nutrition.
  • Monitor and document patients' health status, reporting findings to nursing staff.
  • Measure and record vital signs, as well as collect samples for laboratory analysis.
  • Facilitate patient transport and maintain cleanliness in patient areas.
Qualifications

Essential Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of employment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in phlebotomy or completion of a phlebotomy training program.
  • One year of experience in acute or long-term care settings.
  • Progress towards obtaining CNA, PCT, or paramedic (EMT-P) certification.
