Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Care Aide to provide personalized care to our patients in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
  • Maintain accurate records of patient care and progress
  • Administer medication reminders and assist with medication management
  • Engage patients in activities that promote mental and physical well-being
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited Home Health Aide program
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • One year of prior experience in a healthcare setting
  • Valid driver's license
