About the Role:

This is an entry-level food service position that is responsible for maintaining a high level of cleanliness in the kitchen. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for food preparation and prep area maintenance. You will also be responsible for maintaining all assigned areas organized, sanitary, and clean. Additionally, you will perform utility and/or maintenance duties as assigned.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare food for consumption with background knowledge of proper techniques and equipment to be used.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor during stressful and/or busy times.
  • Work as part of a team and recognize the importance of each team member's role in the guest dining experience.
  • Exercise sound judgment and possess good problem-solving skills.
  • Meet the minimum qualifications for the role, including a minimum of 1 year of experience in cooking and previous experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
