We are seeking a skilled Russian Interpreter to join our team at Element Care. As a Medical Interpreter, you will play a vital role in facilitating communication between patients and healthcare providers.

• Provide accurate and timely interpretation services in medical settings, ensuring seamless communication between patients and healthcare providers.
• Maintain a high level of fluency in both English and Russian, with a strong understanding of medical terminology and concepts.
• Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of medical procedures, treatments, and medications to effectively interpret complex medical information.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure accurate interpretation and effective communication with patients.
• Accurately maintain interpretation tracking forms and records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on medical terminology, procedures, and best practices.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Certified Medical Interpreter designation from an accredited institution preferred.
• Fluent in both English and Russian, with excellent verbal communication skills.
• 0-2 years of experience translating in a healthcare setting preferred; elder experience a plus.
• Excellent office-based computer skills in MS Office.
• Frequent local travel required.
• Covid vaccine required.
