Experience with Ticketing Systems:

Familiarity with ticketing systems, particularly ServiceNOW, and integration with automation tools is advantageous.


Qualifications:

Experience:

Minimum of 10 years in Quality Assurance, with at least 5 years dedicated to automated testing.

Experience with modular and microservices architectures is essential.

Technical Skills:

Proficient in automation tools, particularly Leapwork, with a solid understanding of UI testing, API testing, and SQL for data validation.

CI/CD Knowledge:

Experience in writing and integrating test cases into CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.

Leadership Skills:

Proven ability to lead and mentor a QA team, coupled with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Analytical Skills:

Exceptional problem-solving abilities, with a focus on conducting thorough root cause analysis.
