Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team at PlayCore. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for monitoring daily bank activity, overseeing billing, credit, and collections, as well as verifying pricing and making various month-end entries, accruals, and adjustments as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Analysis: Review and post daily banking activity, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Inventory Management: Process inventory transfers and adjustments, maintaining accurate inventory levels and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Credit and Collections: Verify pricing against target margins, complete collection calls, and process customer credit applications.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Accounting and Auditing: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, reconcile accounts, and perform audits as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a similar role.
  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as experience with QuickBooks.
  • Personal Qualities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
