Are you passionate about serving your community? This is an opportunity to make a difference as a Medical Assistant at TrueCare. This role is dedicated to providing care within our Family Medicine clinic.

Work Schedule: 8am - 5pm, Monday to Friday, with rotating Saturdays (approximately once a month, with an alternate weekday off).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine clinical tasks, including taking vital signs and medical histories.
  • Prepare patients for examinations and assist with procedures.
  • Draw blood and administer medications as required.
  • Handle administrative duties such as answering calls, registering patients, scheduling appointments, and managing fees.

Essential Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant Program.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare operations.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate Degree in a healthcare-related field.
  • One year of experience as a Medical Assistant.
  • Six months of experience with electronic health record documentation.
  • Phlebotomy training.
