We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Care Specialist to join our team at AdeIphi Medical Staffing.

Job Summary

This role involves providing direct patient care under the guidance of RNs or physicians, including tasks such as medication administration, wound care, and vital signs monitoring. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care while working closely with the healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Care: Provide direct nursing care to patients, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Comprehensive Patient Assessments: Conduct thorough assessments of patients' medical histories, physical exams, and medication reviews to create personalized care plans.
  • Medication Administration: Administer prescribed medications accurately and in accordance with established protocols.
  • Vital Signs Monitoring: Continuously monitor patients' vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration rates.
  • Wound Care: Evaluate, clean, dress, and manage wounds, incisions, and injuries while actively monitoring for infection or complications.
Requirements
  • A valid and active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) state license is required.
  • BLS certification is also necessary.
Estimated Salary

The estimated salary for this role is $1,523/36 hours (travel rate) or $1,152/36 hours (local rate).
