About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join Alliant Health Solutions, Inc. as a Quality Improvement Advisor, Nursing Homes.

As a member of our professional multi-disciplinary team, you will support successful local and statewide initiatives, influence positive change through virtual and onsite technical assistance within the healthcare community, and accomplish the objectives of the QIN-QIO contract.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in quality improvement methodology and long-term care or nursing home experience. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in public health, education, or a related discipline and at least five years of quality improvement experience.

Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year
