Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Respiratory Care Specialist to join our Flight Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing advanced respiratory care to patients in various cardiopulmonary disorders.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Supervisor with day-to-day operations of the Respiratory Care Department
- Perform standard and advanced respiratory care procedures for patients
- Conduct pulmonary function lab, neonatal intensive care, and HBO procedures as directed
- Model behavior exemplified in MLH Mission, Vision, and Values
Requirements:
- Associate's Degree in Respiratory Care (Required)
- Bachelor's Degree in Respiratory Care or Technical Degree/Diploma in Respiratory Care
- ICU, NICU, or CVU environment experience
- RRT certification
- Training and experience in specialty areas such as Hyperbaric medicine, Pulmonary Functions, etc.
- Certifications: BASIC LIFE SUPPORT - American Heart Association, Neonatal Resuscitation Program Certification - American Heart Association, Pediatric Advanced Life Support - American Heart Association, Registered Respiratory Therapist - Arkansas, Mississippi, Tennessee, and National
