Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist I is responsible for delivering medically prescribed consultative and therapeutic services aimed at restoring function and preventing disability in patients with musculoskeletal, cardiopulmonary, and integumentary disorders. This role requires adherence to Physical Therapy and Hospital Policies, as well as compliance with state and federal regulatory licensing and accreditation standards.

Qualifications

Education and Work Experience:

  • Bachelor's, Master's, Doctorate, or Certificate degree in Physical Therapy.
  • Current state Physical Therapy license.
  • Current BCLS (AHA) certification upon hire and maintenance of certification.

Compensation and Benefits

Shasta Regional Medical Center offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package that allows employees to customize their benefits according to individual needs. Our Total Rewards package includes paid time off, a 401K retirement plan, medical, dental, and vision coverage, tuition reimbursement, and various voluntary benefit options. The estimated compensation range for this position is $43.00 to $62.28 per hour, with the final offer determined based on a variety of factors including skills, experience, education, credentials, and licensure.
