GSI is seeking a skilled Concrete Artisan to join our team. As a senior technician, you will play a key role in our custom concrete projects, combining concrete sculpting with supporting our core operations.
You will work alongside experienced technicians, measuring, drilling, mixing concrete, and creating sustainable infrastructure. Your work will contribute to building a safer community.

Key Responsibilities:
- Scultping vertical concrete walls made of shotcrete
- Creating varied surfaces like stacked stone, geologic, ashlar
- Reading and determining measurements
- Maintaining a clean and organized construction site
- Working together in a team environment
- Learning to operate rock drills
- Operating construction equipment such as excavator, all terrain forklifts, man lifts, skid steers, and front end loaders
Requirements:
- Prior concrete experience such as a concrete finisher/form builder or shotcrete experience
- Ability to travel at least 3 weeks out of every month
- Reliability and a strong work ethic
- Enthusiastically working with a diverse team
Work Environment:

Climates vary in degrees, in tropical to desert environments.
The noise level in the work environment is moderate and hearing protection is often required.
Exposure to characteristic construction site dangers.
Regular heavy lifting (50lbs+) of construction materials on the job site.

Travel:
100% travelling in the Eastern US (East of the Mississippi River). Employees are expected to work a 3 weeks on, 1 week off schedule.
Pay:
$24-$28/hr. In 2023, individuals in this role, with overtime, made the equivalent of over $30/hr.
