Job Summary

CrossMed Allied is seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to join our team in a travel position. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for operating MRI equipment to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate MRI equipment to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.
  • Prepare patients for MRI procedures, including explaining the process and positioning them correctly.
  • Monitor patients' responses to MRI procedures and report any adverse reactions.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • At least 1-2 years of experience as an MRI Technologist.
  • Graduate from an accredited school of radiologic technology.
  • Certifications may be required based on facility requirements.
  • Physical abilities to remain in a stationary position, move and lift equipment, pushing, bending, and pulling.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
