Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting general medicine, occupational, and disability health examinations. This will include reviewing medical history and associated records, interpreting clinical data, and completing written reports and generating independent medical opinions.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct physical exams for a variety of customers, including federal, defense, and others
- Perform occupational health exams, including pre- and post-employment and annual physicals
- Provide written medical opinions based on provided medical records and acceptable clinical evidence
- Conduct telephonic and virtual exams
- Complete initial review and interpretation of diagnostic studies, including laboratory, pulmonary function, and ECG studies
- Document examinee records in appropriate systems
- Masters of Science in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited college or university
- Current National Licensing with ANCC or AANP
- Minimum 3 years of post-graduate primary care/internal medicine experience
- Unrestricted State medical licensure without limitations to perform full scope of authorized practice in the state of hire
- Experience conducting occupational/disability medical examinations
