We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Associate Dentist to join our team at Taylor Dental & Braces, a Benevis company. As an Associate Dentist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, working closely with our hygiene and assisting teams to achieve outstanding results. Our state-of-the-art facilities and experienced support staff ensure that you have everything you need to excel in your role.

  • Work closely with our experienced team to develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients of all ages.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in dentistry through ongoing education and training opportunities.

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer:

  • A competitive salary of $132,000 per year, with uncapped earning potential.
  • Student loan repayment assistance up to $500 per month (for specific locations).
  • No lab fees, ensuring that you can focus on delivering quality care without unnecessary expenses.
  • Eligibility to participate in Short Term Disability/Long Term Disability and Basic Life Insurance plans, as well as a 401(k) Retirement Plan.

  • Reimbursements for continuing education, licensing fees, and professional dues.

To succeed in this role, we require:

  • A DDS/DMD degree from a Commission on Dental Accreditation-accredited program.
  • A valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligibility for licensure.
  • Certifications such as CPR, DEA, and Nitrous Oxide certification (as required).
  • Compassion and a strong desire to provide dental care to children and adults.
  • Ability to work Friday/Saturday shifts (8AM-5PM).
