- Medication Administration: Administer medications safely and effectively, ensuring accurate dosing and monitoring for potential side effects.
- Patient Education: Provide patients and their families with clear, concise information about their conditions, treatments, and self-care strategies.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication.
- Education: Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing.
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of professional nursing experience in a related specialty.
- Licensure: Current license to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse in New York State.
- Certifications: BLS required, plus specialized certifications as needed.
