Your duties will encompass the management of construction materials testing projects, which include:

  • Reviewing daily reports and collaborating with project teams.
  • Resolving technical and administrative challenges as they arise.

  • Managing project budgets, preparing invoices, and assisting with payment collections.
  • Drafting proposals and change orders; participating in project meetings with clients and following up on necessary reports.

Qualifications:
Essential:


- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering and Management, Materials Science Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or Geology. Note: Construction Management degrees and certain Technology degrees may not be considered.

- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

- Valid driver's license and insurance.

- Willingness to pursue advanced licensure for career growth (EIT, PE, etc.).

- Strong marketing abilities to build and maintain client relationships.

- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and reading).

- Comprehensive understanding of heavy construction safety protocols and procedures.

- Solid knowledge of CMT principles, applications, and ASTM laboratory standards.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with clients, colleagues, and supervisors.
