Pediatric Emergency Room Nurse Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Pediatric Emergency Room Nurse to join our team at MultiCare Health System. As a Pediatric Emergency Room Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to children and families in a fast-paced emergency department setting.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to children and families in the emergency department, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care transitions.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest pediatric emergency nursing practices and evidence-based guidelines.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
  • Current Washington State Registered Nurse license.
  • Advanced degree in Nursing (MSN, PhD, DNP, ARNP) preferred.
  • Minimum one year of experience in pediatric emergency nursing.
  • ACLS or NALS or PALS or TNCC or NRP certification, as required by facility or department.
