About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Permanent BIM Modeler (Data Centers) to join our dynamic engineering team. This role involves the creation and management of 3D models and technical drawings for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems using Building Information Modeling (BIM) software.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create detailed 3D models of MEP systems using BIM software, primarily Revit and AutoCAD.
  • Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure the accuracy of models and drawings.
  • Conduct clash detection and resolution tasks to mitigate design conflicts and ensure smooth project execution.
  • Participate in design reviews and provide technical input to enhance project outcomes.
  • Maintain and update models and drawings to reflect design changes and updates.
  • Utilize BIM software to perform load calculations and energy analyses.
  • Develop and implement BIM protocols and standards to enhance efficiency and quality of work.
  • Provide technical support and training to team members on BIM software and processes.
  • Liaise with clients and contractors to ensure the successful implementation of BIM models in construction projects.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in BIM modeling with a focus on MEP systems.
  • Proficiency in BIM software, particularly Revit and AutoCAD.
  • Strong understanding of engineering principles and MEP systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work output.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with all project stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve design conflicts.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to MEP systems.
  • Experience in conducting load calculations and energy analyses using BIM software.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
