Koury Kitchen is a fast-paced environment that requires individuals who can maintain a high level of productivity while ensuring quality service. As a Dishroom Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining our kitchen's cleanliness and organization. In this role, you will be responsible for washing, stacking, sorting, and storing dishes, glassware, utensils, and cookware, as well as maintaining clean floors and assisting with closing duties. A prior kitchen experience is beneficial, but not necessary. What we're looking for is someone with strong teamwork skills and a strong work ethic. Responsibilities and Requirements:
• Maintaining a clean kitchen environment and adhering to sanitation procedures.
• Washing, stacking, sorting, and storing dishes, glassware, utensils, and cookware efficiently.
• Setting up dish stations, including dishwashing machines and sinks.
• Maintaining clean floors throughout the shift.
• Assisting with closing duties, including sanitizing cooking and food preparation stations.
• Prior kitchen experience is beneficial but not necessary.
• Strong teamwork skills and a strong work ethic are essential.
