About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced EBS Manufacturing Consultant to join our team at Global Channel Management, Inc. As an EBS Manufacturing Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support and guidance to our clients on the implementation and optimization of EBS Manufacturing modules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical expertise on EBS Manufacturing modules, including WIP, BOM, Costing, Engineering, Inventory, Quality, WMS, and MRP/MPS.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other business systems.
  • Conduct training and knowledge transfer sessions for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest EBS Manufacturing features and best practices.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience working on EBS Manufacturing modules.
  • Basic knowledge of SCM module.
  • Flexibility in working with offshore, onsite, and remote resources.
  • Experience in support processes.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow ticketing tool.
  • Knowledge of planning modules like ASCP is an advantage.
  • OnSite customer-facing experience.
