Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Welia Health. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care, work collaboratively with our healthcare team, and contribute to the delivery of exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patient conditions
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure seamless patient care
  • Document patient information accurately and thoroughly
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
Requirements
  • Diploma, A.A., or Bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited school of nursing
  • Current Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Minnesota
  • BLS certification required annually, ACLS certification within one year
