Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshooting and Repair: Troubleshoot and repair complex electrical and mechanical systems, including PLCs, motors, and electrical circuits.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts as needed.
  • Electrical Systems: Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, including wiring, circuit breakers, and electrical panels.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Leadership: Lead projects and teams to complete tasks and achieve goals.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operation of the manufacturing process.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for an associate degree in industrial electronics.
  • Experience: 4+ years of industrial maintenance experience and 2+ years of industrial electrical experience.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of electrical codes, PLCs, and electrical systems; ability to read blueprints and troubleshoot electrical systems; ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
Working Conditions

The Maintenance Technician IV will work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, with frequent exposure to moving mechanical parts, fumes, and airborne particles. The position requires the ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds and to work in a variety of temperatures.
