Job Summary:
The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing all day-to-day activities within the Toastique store. This includes employee management, scheduling, inventory management, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of every job duty and responsibility in the store and will work closely with the Owners to drive growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and train a team of employees to ensure excellent customer service and food quality.
- Develop and implement effective scheduling and inventory management systems.
- Monitor and control labor and food costs to ensure profitability.
- Work closely with the Owners to plan and execute special events and promotions.
- Ensure the store is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and quality.
- Recruit, train, and develop new employees to meet the needs of the business.
- Manage employee performance and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the store remains competitive.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in the hospitality industry.
- Food Safety Manager Certification.
- Previous leadership experience.
