About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled BAS Project Manager to join our team at Air Systems, Inc. This is a full-time position that will report to the Director of Building Automation Systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead project teams to achieve department and company goals, including financial objectives.
  • Escalate project issues in a timely manner to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to drive business growth.
  • Manage project resources, including materials and manpower, to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Assist in researching customer needs, including energy efficiency, serviceability, and long-term goals for their BAS systems.
  • Estimate project costs, including materials, equipment, and labor.
  • Coordinate with other divisions within the organization to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Participate in sales calls to prospective clients as required.
  • Effectively manage projects from conceptualization to completion.
  • Facilitate and attend project meetings as required.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in BAS.
  • Ideal candidate will have experience with Automated Logic Controls, Tridium Niagara, and Distech Controls.
  • Strong analytical and leadership skills.
  • Demonstrated time management skills, resulting in the ability to manage multiple client relationships and prioritize time and resources accordingly.
  • In-depth understanding and hands-on experience with HVAC, electrical, building automation/controls, boilers, air conditioning, and/or chillers.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in energy management, building commissioning, and/or systems diagnostics/troubleshooting.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite.

  • Compensation range: $130,000 to $150,000 per year.
