Host/Hostess

About the Role:

We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Hostess to join our team at Red Lobster. As a Host/Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their dining experience. Your goal will be to ensure that every guest feels welcome and valued.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with a smile and a warm welcome
• Manage the waiting list and seating chart to ensure efficient seating
• Communicate with guests who are waiting, keeping them informed of wait times and any special requests
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the waiting area, restrooms, and menus
• Answer phones and take to-go orders as needed

What We're Looking For:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 pounds
• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
