Job Overview

The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing and documenting skilled nursing care in accordance with the developed care plan and physicians' orders for each individual patient while adhering to confidentiality standards and professional boundaries at all times.

This position requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be a compassionate and empathetic individual who is dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide and document skilled nursing care in accordance with the developed care plan and physicians' orders
  • Adhere to confidentiality standards and professional boundaries at all times
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current on best practices and industry developments
Requirements
  • Current, unrestricted state license as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice
  • Current CPR certification
  • Looking for Nurses with: Med-Surg, New to Home Health Welcome, New Graduates Welcome
  • Must be willing to travel and visit adult patients in their home

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this position is $40,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
