Key Responsibilities- Assist with daily living activities and comfort measures for patients
- Perform basic patient care functions, including ADLs, ambulation, and vital signs
- Participate in resident rounding and maintain confidentiality
- Provide emotional support for patients and families, recognizing their role as decision-makers and caregivers
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure a safe and organized environment
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task and function in stressful situations
