Job Summary

The Care Partner is a vital member of our healthcare team, working under the direction of the Registered Nurse to provide exceptional patient care. Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily living activities and comfort measures for patients
  • Perform basic patient care functions, including ADLs, ambulation, and vital signs
  • Participate in resident rounding and maintain confidentiality
  • Provide emotional support for patients and families, recognizing their role as decision-makers and caregivers
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure a safe and organized environment
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task and function in stressful situations
