Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Management: Provide coaching, direction, and supervision to nursing staff, ensuring that they have the necessary resources and support to deliver exceptional patient care.
- Clinical Excellence: Develop and implement departmental standards, policies, and procedures to ensure that patient care is delivered in a safe and effective manner.
- Quality and Performance Improvement: Lead quality monitoring and improvement initiatives to ensure that patient outcomes are optimal and that regulatory compliance is maintained.
- Education and Training: Direct the planning and implementation of departmental education and training programs to promote professional competence and personal growth.
- Financial Performance: Ensure that financial performance and profitability are achieved through effective budgeting, labor management, and cost containment.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing or a related field.
- Licensure/Certification: Active RN license to practice in the State of Ohio.
- Experience: Minimum of two years' recent and relevant clinical experience.
- Skills: Effective communication, leadership, and management skills, with the ability to assess, develop, and mentor a patient care team.
