About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and engaging Sales Associate to join our team at Lucky Brand in California. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers by providing excellent customer service, sharing product knowledge, and building relationships with our customers.



Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Associate, you will:

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized service.
  • Share product knowledge with customers to help them make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Build relationships with customers to increase loyalty and drive sales.
  • Assist with visual merchandising and store displays to create an attractive and inviting store environment.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives.


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
