Position Overview:
As a Maintenance Technician, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the maintenance and repair of our equipment. You will also be involved in enhancing the aesthetic appeal of our facilities through tasks such as painting and landscaping. This entry-level role is an excellent chance to gain hands-on experience in various maintenance tasks and trades.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and repair company assets to ensure optimal functionality.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff.
- Prioritize tasks based on operational needs and guest satisfaction.
- Propose and implement improvements to enhance facility conditions.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Compensation:
The expected pay range for this position is $21.36 per hour, based on various factors including experience and qualifications.
