Key Responsibilities- Guide, motivate, and inspire team members to deliver outstanding patient care.
- Ensure comprehensive orientation and ongoing support for staff to excel in their roles.

- Manage a full-time schedule, with an estimated 70% of time spent in the office and 30% in the field.

Essential DutiesAssist the Executive Administrator and other leadership in overseeing patient care activities to ensure safe and efficient service delivery, adhering to nursing standards and regulatory requirements.
Maintain compliance with hospice policies and local, state, and federal regulations governing nursing practices.
Promote quality care and patient safety while actively engaging in problem resolution and addressing complaints.
Conduct training sessions for staff to enhance patient health and safety, familiarize them with regulatory standards, and address educational needs.
License Requirements- Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
- At least one year of clinical experience.
- Current CPR Certification.
- Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance, or access to reliable public transportation.
For Louisiana: A minimum of two years of full-time experience as an RN is required. Alternatively, two years of full-time clinical experience in hospice care as a licensed practical nurse may be accepted in lieu of the RN experience.
