About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Dialysis Program Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our Home Therapies program, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide safe and effective oversight of home dialysis therapies to patients, ensuring compliance with facility policies and regulations.
  • Manage program operations to achieve or exceed budgets and key performance indicators.
  • Direct and manage all aspects of patient care for Home Therapies patients, including training and support for staff members.
  • Oversee patient and caregiver readiness for home dialysis therapy, including equipment operation and maintenance.
  • Manage program supplies and equipment, ensuring timely replenishment and maintenance.
  • Direct data entry activities, including patient admission, regulatory reporting, and billing.
  • Ensure regulatory, compliance, and audit activities are accomplished on time.
  • Orient and support new staff, providing ongoing education and ensuring compliance with risk management initiatives.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (R.N.) with current state licensure.
  • Minimum of one year dialysis experience with three months peritoneal experience required.
  • Supervisory experience preferred.
  • Successfully complete a training course in the theory and practice of dialysis therapies.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, including communication, customer service, performance management, and continuous quality improvement.
