PURPOSE:

The primary responsibility of this role is to assemble and package products from the Engineered Solutions Group in accordance with customer specifications, ensuring that all quality standards are met or exceeded.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Assemble products from the Engineered Solutions Group based on customer requirements, which may include standard products or various options.
  2. Handle materials effectively, including the movement of raw materials and finished products using a forklift.
  3. Ensure proper packaging to maintain the integrity of the product during delivery.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  1. Achieve quality assembly of Engineered Solutions Group products while adhering to established production benchmarks.
  2. Package products correctly to facilitate timely shipments and ensure they arrive in factory condition.
  3. Conduct material handling tasks safely and efficiently.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:

A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required, along with one to three months of relevant experience or training, or a suitable combination of education and experience. Forklift certification is mandatory. Proficiency in using various handheld tools, including circular saws, cordless drills, and screwdrivers, is essential.
