As a Floating Senior Leasing Consultant, you will oversee daily leasing operations across multiple properties. This role offers the chance to collaborate with diverse team members and gain experience in various property types. Your responsibilities will include maximizing occupancy, scheduling appointments, securing rentals, and fostering resident retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome every visitor warmly, providing assistance and answering inquiries.
  • Engage in marketing initiatives to boost traffic and occupancy.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of property features and amenities, serving as a resource for current and prospective residents.
  • Build relationships with potential residents through follow-ups, property tours, and application processing.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by checking in with residents and addressing their concerns.
  • Monitor service requests, ensuring prompt resolution in collaboration with the service team.
  • Plan and execute resident events alongside the team.
  • Conduct weekly inspections of community exteriors, reporting any issues.
  • Inspect vacant units and communicate necessary repairs to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Complete all sales-related administrative tasks and reports.
  • Perform additional accounting tasks, including auditing accounts and processing payments.
  • Review occupancy trends and competitor properties to identify market opportunities.
  • Assist in training and developing staff across the portfolio.
  • Support the transition of newly acquired properties.
  • Carry out other sales, customer service, and property-related duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred: 2 years of leasing experience.
  • Ability to conduct inspections in various weather conditions.
  • Weekend availability is required.
  • Bilingual candidates are preferred.

  • Salary: $19.00-$20.00 per hour, based on experience.
  • Annual Bonus Potential: $3,500, paid quarterly.
