Femco, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Groundskeeper to join our team
As a Groundskeeper at Femco, Inc., you will be responsible for the upkeep of all common areas of the property, including interior hallways, exterior grounds, parking garage, pool area, trash compactors/dumpsters.
Estimated Salary: $19.00/hour
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as carpet cleaning, replacing light bulbs, and trash collection.
- Conduct minor landscaping, leaf blowing, and power washing duties.
- Ensure trash and recycling areas are clean and organized.
- Clean community pool, pool area/grills, and other outdoor spaces.
- Address minor repair requests and perform basic maintenance tasks as needed.
- Monitor the property for safety hazards and report any issues to the Maintenance Coordinator.
