As a Registered Nurse NICU II, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to critically ill newborns and their families. Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to critically ill newborns, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Monitor and manage the physical and emotional needs of patients and their families.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Registered Nurse Diploma, Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Colorado.
- Experience working in a neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) or a similar critical care setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
