About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Associate at Chevron Stations Inc. (CSI). As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and safe store environment, and ensuring accurate sales transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all customers
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to CSI's image standards
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit, and debit payments
  • Restock shelves, manage inventory, and maintain a well-stocked store
  • Perform opening and closing duties, including counting cash and balancing the register
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store atmosphere
Requirements
  • Available to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, stand for long periods, and move quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior retail or customer service experience preferred
