Job Summary

We are seeking a Part Time Educator to join our team. As an Educator, you will play a critical role in delivering our dynamic daily curriculum to engage children in academic and social character-building that expands school-day learning in a meaningful way.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize program materials for lessons and activities, as well as document attendance, incidents, and other observations.
  • Deliver our curriculum to engage children in academic and social character-building that expands school-day learning in a meaningful way.
  • Model positive guidance and effective classroom management to maintain the safety, well-being, and attention of all children.
  • Meet regularly with the Program Manager regarding professional progress and team accountability.
Requirements
  • Outstanding customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • Works well in a team environment.
  • Must be 18 years or older with a High School diploma or Equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of experience working with children under 13 years of age.
  • College credits in early childhood education, child development, elementary education or a related field (preferred not required).
  • Ability to lift 25lbs.
  • Drive to inspire a love for learning and commitment to healthy living.
  • Ability to meet state-specific requirements: LIVE Scan fingerprint, FA/CPR, Mandated Reporter training, Health Certificate with Negative TB Test (from a physician).
