Key Responsibilities:

  • Directs the operation of the plant facility on a shift rotation, ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
  • Works closely with the Shift Superintendent to lead a team of hourly colleagues across the plant site.
  • Provides directions, priorities, and resources to hourly colleague teams while delivering results, status, and needs to plant and department leaders.
  • Prioritizes safety above all other competing interests, leading with a safety-first mindset and upholding company and occupational safety and health regulations.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a qualified operator or loader is preferred.
  • Previous supervisory experience is a plus.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and excellent communication skills are essential.
