We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse - RN to join our team at Quakertown Center in Quakertown, PA. As a Registered Nurse - RN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our healthcare team.

Job Summary

The Registered Nurse - RN will be responsible for providing direct patient care, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, and promoting a culture of safety and quality within our facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform nursing assessments and develop effective care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians, and delegate tasks to support staff as needed.
  • Communicate patient information and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence within our facility.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an approved school of nursing and currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
  • CPR certification required.
  • One to three years of experience working as a RN in a related setting preferred.
