Relationship Builder

We're seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Relationship Builder at Rockland Federal Credit Union, where you'll have the opportunity to build lasting relationships with our members and help them achieve their financial dreams.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position that requires a high school diploma or equivalent and at least two years of related experience in a bank or credit union. As a Relationship Builder, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, developing their sales and servicing skills, and recognizing areas for improvement.

You'll work closely with our Member Service Associates to ensure they have the tools and resources they need to succeed. You'll also be responsible for setting up new IRA accounts, interviewing and advising loan applicants, and opening new accounts of all types.

Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience
