Mixologist

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Sportsman's Lodge. As a key member of our bar department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a high level of quality and consistency in our beverage offerings.

• Greet guests warmly and promote our house drinks to maximize revenue.
• Prepare beverages according to standard operating procedures, using proper proportions and ingredients to control costs and provide a consistent product.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, setting up the bar and back bar according to established procedures.
• Monitor guest behavior and alcohol consumption, notifying management of incidents involving excessive alcohol consumption or impaired condition.
• Verify liquor inventory, complete requisition requirements, and store stock according to approved procedures.
