We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Valet & Bell Hop to join our team at Snowshoe Mountain Resort. As a Valet & Bell Hop, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our guests, ensuring their vehicles are safely parked and retrieved, and assisting with luggage and equipment transportation.

• Park and retrieve guest vehicles, maintaining an organized system for keys and locations.
• Drive resort shuttles for guests and employees, handling luggage and equipment, and assisting with loading/unloading.
• Support concierge staff, provide information about the resort, and maintain cleanliness at guest service locations.
• Inspect, clean, and arrange repairs for shuttle buses; ensure safety equipment is up-to-date.
• Log daily procedures, vehicle locations, and maintain accurate records.
• Use 2-way radios to coordinate with lodging personnel and maintain a neat and orderly station.
• Adhere to uniform standards, demonstrate a positive attitude, and participate in safety programs.

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Driver's license and ability to pass the Snowshoe Driving Program
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
